Free technical support videos launched on YouTube
Endress+Hauser has released more than 100 free, step-by-step instructional videos covering the company’s core product lines such as flow, level, pressure, temperature and analytical. Available via the company’s YouTube channel, the videos offer quick solutions to commonly asked questions.
Videos covering Endress+Hauser’s recorder line and Fieldcare configuration software are also available.
The company’s technical support team anticipate the ‘how-to’ videos will help customers resolve issues and answer questions more quickly and efficiently, while providing extra support.
“Today our customers are looking for quick answers in order to become more efficient in their day-to-day work. Providing our customers with these quick, instructional videos not only allows us to resolve customer problems more quickly but also provides our customers with another avenue to seek our support,” said Brian Walker, vice president of service, Endress+Hauser.
The company will continue to upload new videos to the channel. Current videos include ‘How to change 4 to 20 mA current output’ and ‘Commissioning a pH probe on the CM44 transmitter’.
