World Packaging Organisation approves AIP
03 August, 2010Keith Pearson, President of the World Packaging Organisation (WPO), has announced the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) has been accepted as a full member.
Dr Kailasapathy wins Danisco International Dairy Science Award
03 August, 2010The Danisco International Dairy Science Award 2010 was awarded to Dr Kasipathy Kailasapathy. Dr Kailasapathy, who works at the School of Natural Sciences, won the award for substantial contribution to understanding the health benefits of probiotic bacteria, controlled delivery through microencapsulation and bioactive components in food.

Award for supercritical extraction scientist
