Worm gearboxes (SG) are noted for their quiet running. The worm-gear shaft has bearings on both sides. The gear components, made of bronze or steel, and the lubrication ensure a long service life at the rated torque. In many applications, the location of the output shaft at 90° to the motor shaft provides an optimum design solution. On request, worm-gearboxes can be supplied with a hollow output shaft.
The Mavilor DC Servomotor — MSS Series features ratings to 6000 rpm; a compact length; zero cogging; and acceleration torques to 10 x rated.
Dunkermotoren presents the DC motors from the product line BG65 with smooth housings so that machinery and facilities manufacturers working within the foodstuff and drinks industries can capitalise on the advantages of electrically commutated DC motors.
The GR 22, G 30.1 and G 30.0 motors are now available in versions with neodymium magnets.
This range, available from M Rutty & Co, is based on AC servomotors of the Mavilor BL series of synchronous electric motors.
