The Grote slicer range can be used to slice fresh and cooked meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables, fish, poultry and bread using the company's Accuband cutting system which can precisely slice most boneless non-frozen food products. Products can be bulk sliced, stacked or shingled into portions.

The equipment is also suited to applying sliced products to moving targets such as sandwich buns and bread, pizza crusts and case-ready trays for packaging. Machines within the range are able to pump and slice, slit product logs into smaller sections for further processing, slice product logs lengthwise into halves, quarters or eighths and apply cheese and other toppings to pizza crusts.
