Filling system from Multi-Fill

Multi-Fill Inc, manufacturers of volumetric fillers for the home meal replacement industry, has recently redesigned its MPFSC 120-01 automatic filling machine to better suit the needs of this fast-growing market.

Improvements include:

  • 100% stainless steel filling head with adjustable support arms which can be dismantled without tools.
  • Infeed conveyor length increased by 300 mm to accommodate high production lines.
  • Fine volume adjustments now possible.
  • Conveyor belt now has a low-friction plastic surface for improved food release.
  • Top water spray cover has been extended down the conveyor bed to limit food falling from the top of the conveyor.
  • Infeed conveyor lower UHMW product retainer block has been redesigned to be stationary and be independent of the tension of the conveyor belt.

The multipurpose fillers deposit products such as cooked pasta and rice, couscous, fruit, vegetables, prepared salads and shredded meat into many types of containers including trays, plates, cups, bowls, cans, bags and jars.

The MPFSC 120-01 is a mobile unit which can be quickly cleaned for a product changeover or moved to a different production line in minutes. It can be positioned over many different conveying systems, continuous or intermittent, horizontal or vertical bagging units.

Multi-Fill is represented in Oceania by HBM Packaging Technologies.
