Enmin has combined the knowledge of vibratory feeding, with weighing and counting systems. The result is reliable and flexible machines suited to smaller operations.

Enmin is manufacturing the fifth-generation range of electromagnetic vibratory feeders with a proven record in both local and overseas markets.

Electronic controls used in these machines range from simple, fast and slow metering to more elaborate feedback systems with multiple switching facilities, linking all the features of the machines.

The electronic circuits provide a stabilised and filtered electrical supply, ensuring accurate control of the vibratory feeders and their related facilities. The weigh bucket design incorporates a three load cell arrangement that can handle fine powders through to plastic or metal parts. For counting machines, the accuracy of exposing parts to the sensors gives rates of up to 3/s.

The varieties of products that can be accommodated on these machines are widely diverse and range from edible nuts to confectionery to plastic components and metal fasteners. Where powdered materials are being processed a ‘loss in weight’ arrangement is often used. Some of the more common applications are dried fruits, bird seed, chillies, peanuts, wrapped lollypops, plastic fittings, screws, paper cups, briquettes and tea.

A recent system incorporated an elevating conveyor, bulk storage hopper, twin vibratory metering and weigh buckets then electronic metal detection with a reject facility, conveyors and vibration settling before final packaging.

The more compact machines are usually offered as portable types, with lock-down wheels giving greater flexibility for the general operations. The construction is usually in stainless steel depending on the environment and customer requirements.

Enmin vibratory equipment is HACCP accredited and suitable for all aspects of the food industry.
