Continuous tunnel oven

Manufactured by Eurovens, these tunnel ovens can be used for baking flat breads and rolls, cookies, meat, fish and pizza on a continuous basis.

Constructed of 2 meter modules, these ovens suit shops and manufacturing plants alike. Static heat means that flues are unnecessary. Polished stainless steel allows for easy cleaning and an attractive appearance.

The ovens are mounted on stainless steel frames with lockable castor wheels for easy positioning. They can also be stacked to save room, or positioned around corners with transfer conveyors if preferred.

Top and bottom elements have individual controls, and the conveyor belt is fully speed adjustable by a fine tune 10 turn potentiometer.

An outstanding feature is the new continuous stone conveyors - ideal for authentic Pizza or high temperature baking of flat breads (up to 500° C). Close knit and standard wire conveyors are also available to best suit the product to be baked. Timers allow for delayed starting, or preheat prior to production.
