Fungi, mycotoxins to be covered at symposium
A two-day symposium covering topics of relevance to the Australian food industry will be held in Cairns on 19"20 August.
The symposium, organised by the International Commission on Food Mycology, will cover some of the latest information on fungi and their toxins in foods, together with the increasingly important topic of fungi in the indoor environment.
