Packaging industry veterans Ralph Moyle and Craig Wellman have each been awarded an Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) Fellowship for their contributions to the industry.

The grade of Fellow is the highest recognition of AIP members and recognises significant and sustained contribution to the technology, science or application of packaging.

Moyle, current national president of the AIP, is also Simplot Australia’s packaging development officer and has contributed to the packaging industry over the last 40 years.

Wellman is CEO of Wellman Packaging and has demonstrated innovative packaging leadership in the area of plastics technology and injection-moulded closures over the last two decades. Starting in the family business at the age of six, Wellman has led the company to become a Tier 1 supplier of rigid packaging solutions for FMCG.
