Learn about frankfurts in Frankfurt: food technology tour available

Interested in learning about frankfurts in Frankfurt? Gary Moulton and Phil Brookes are offering a 15-day food technology tour through Germany, France and Austria, to coincide with the Frankfurt International Meat Trade Fair (IFFA) in May 2013.

IFFA showcases all aspects of the meat industry, including new technology, machinery and equipment, processing, logistics, hygiene, quality management and smallgoods manufacturing.

The tour starts with an overnight stay in Singapore, then three days at the Frankfurt trade fair. Other highlights include Strasbourg, Innsbruck and Munich. All international airfares, entrance fees to the trade fair, internal coach travel, hotels and breakfasts are included, along with some lunches and dinners.

A maximum of 20 places are available.

Gary Moulton has 35 years’ experience with industrial food processing and packaging machinery. He is the Australian agent for Alco Food Machines. Phil was a project manager on the Queensland Food and Meat Industries Taskforce and a Business Manager at the Queensland Trade Office. He has extensive experience planning and leading industry study and other tours to Vietnam, China and Europe.
