Food Solutions Expo

The Food Solutions Expo provides practical solutions for the food research, machinery, packaging, cold chain, temperature, water and labelling problems faced every day by food processing companies.

Exhibitors will have on display new and innovative technologies.

The keynote presentation will be given by Professor Charles Daly from the department of food and nutritional sciences at University College Cork, Ireland. Daly will be speaking on "The Victorian food processing industry " responding to the global economy'.

Derrick Drohan of Munters USA will be speaking on the topic of condensation and frost prevention. Munters is a global company specialising in the provision of dehumidification equipment.

The international speakers will be backed up by a quality local speaker program, including Jackie Healing (group quality manager, Coles Myer Ltd, Quality Centre of Excellence), speaking about brand awareness issues.
