Anglomoil’s Synthetic Food Grade (SFG) lubricant range has been awarded ISO 21469 certification by NSF International.

NSF’s ISO 21469 is a specific ANSI-accredited certification for lubricants used in the food industry and, in particular, those which may come into contact with food products (H1). These lubricants are typically used in pumps, mixers, compressors, hydraulics, chain drives and conveyor systems. The NSF endorsement is recognised by the World Health Organization.

“We have been assessed by NSF throughout the formulation, manufacturing, handling and use of our products and this ISO 21469 certification guarantees to the end user that they only contain safe ingredients and in the rare occurrence of a lubricant coming into contact with a food product there is no harm to the end user,” said Anglomoil Managing Director Michael Croasdale.

“We are delighted that the entire range has been certified by NSF. It had already been certified by the Food Safety Authority of New Zealand, National Sanitation Foundation of America and Halal, the guardian of Muslim food standards. The range is also approved under the strict Kosher guidelines.”

The NSF certification applies to: Anglomoil SFG Gear Oils; Anglomoil SFG Compressor Oils; Anglomoil SFG Hydraulic Oils; Anglomoil WO Hook Oil; Anglomoil Airline Oil; Anglomoil WO Chain Oil; Anglomoil White Oils; Anglomoil Food Machinery Grease and Anglomoil Food Machinery Grease HD.
