BOC CRYOLINE XF crossflow hygienic spiral freezer

Monday, 31 October, 2011 | Supplied by: BOC Limited

The CRYOLINE XF crossflow hygienic spiral freezer allows food producers to achieve increased value in their processing operations.

The freezer is suitable for a wide range of high-quality food products such as meat proteins, ready meals, seafood, poultry and bakery products.

It is claimed that the spiral freezer delivers increased line production rates while lowering cryogen cost per kilogram of product.

The spiral freezing technology makes the system suitable for difficult high-temperature and high-moisture products, such as cooked poultry, seafood and prepared meals.

Freezing with cryogens allows for a very low operating temperature and thus a very fast freezing action. This preserves the quality and shape of the product and provides increased product yield.

The CRYOLINE XF freezer improves cryogen efficiency while reducing overall freezer size.

The freezer provides twice the heat transfer rate of conventional spiral freezers, making it a freezing or chilling solution with the ability to process a wide range of products and production volumes in relatively small floor space.

The CRYOLINE XF has a small footprint, a high production capacity and a high efficiency. The freezers are designed for hygiene and ease of sanitation. The simplicity of the design enables the user to maximise productivity by reducing cleaning and maintenance downtime.

The CRYOLINE XF is currently available in 760 mm belt width. The product line will be expanded to include a 1066 mm belt width model.
