Bacharach acquires Parasense

Bacharach, represented in Australia by System Control Engineering, has acquired Parasense, a company that specialises in refrigeration detection and monitoring equipment for the food retail and military segments of the refrigeration and air-conditioning market.

“Parasense has an exceptional reputation in refrigeration monitoring in the food retail sector and provides integrated energy management systems and remote data management to ensure energy efficiency, food safety, reduced waste and operating costs savings,” said Doug Keeports, president of Bacharach.

“This aligns well with Bacharach’s strategic plan and focus on market leadership in instrumentation and expertise of refrigerant monitoring, as well as complementing Bacharach’s strengths in the combustion and emissions analysis markets.
