Watson-Marlow 520, 620 and 720 Series peristaltic pumps

Watson-Marlow has introduced three IP66-rated cased peristaltic pumps with certified Profibus DP networking capabilities, namely the 520, 620 and 720 Series.

The peristaltic pumps with integrated Profibus capabilities are suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries for various applications including bag filling, buffer and media preparation and live cell transfer. Watson-Marlow’s range of pumps, tubes and fillers provides simplified validation, improved processing and reduced costs all with the benefits of contamination-free pumping, capping and filling.

Watson-Marlow’s Bp pump features seal-less, valve-less pump technology combined with the advantages of Profibus networking. With two-way real-time communications, the Bp range offers increased diagnostic capability and faster responsiveness, helping optimise process controllability while minimising plant downtime and maintenance. The Bp range’s Profibus compatibility also minimises capital cost by reducing the complexity of installation wiring and associated engineering time and hardware.
