Tecpro Squeeze Trigger Valve

The Tecpro Squeeze Trigger Valve (squeezer) is designed to provide an alternative to ball valves for foam cleaning applications.

Rather than relying on a quarter-turn valve, the squeezer introduces an intuitive way to control flow. With a simple squeeze of the handle, the operator can have immediate control — flow starts when needed and stops the moment the handle is released. It’s a small change in operation, but one that can result in improvements.

In foaming applications, that level of control is particularly valuable. Producing good foam isn’t just about pressure and equipment; it’s about how the operator applies it. Too much flow and you waste chemicals. Too little and coverage suffers. With the squeezer, foam can be applied precisely where it’s needed, without overspray or unnecessary runoff.

The valve is ergonomically designed with trigger-style operation to reduce strain and make it easier for operators to maintain consistent performance across longer cleaning cycles. This feature is of benefit in busy environments such as food processing plants or abattoirs, where washdown is constant.

Made from stainless-steel construction, the easy-to-use squeezer is suitable for demanding industrial use. The blue EPDM outer cover provides both thermal insulation and clear visual identification in hygiene-sensitive environments. The device is suitable for handling water or foam and integrates easily into existing systems thanks to standard ½″ BSP connections and optional quick coupler.
