Sine-wave vibro viscometer

The Sine-wave Vibro Viscometer, the SV-A Series, is a solution to the excessive use of expensive sample fluids during viscosity measurements. The viscometer can perform viscosity measurements with a sample liquid as small as 2 mL (SV-1A).

The series incorporates the tuning-fork vibration method, using the same, fixed sensor plates to perform continuous measurements from very low to high viscosity [SV-1A: 0.3~1000 mPa/s (cP), SV-10A: 0.3~10,000 mPa/s (cP), SV-100A: 1000~100,000 mPa/s (cP)].

The series has a temperature sensor (0~160°C) located next to the viscosity sensor plates, enabling users to easily monitor the relationship between viscosity and temperature. In addition, the series also comes standard with WinCT-Viscosity that receives viscosity and temperature data from the viscometer and creates a graph on a PC in real time.

The viscometer also features a super-fast measurement speed (the initial viscosity coefficient is indicated just 15 seconds after starting the measurement), very high accuracy (repeatability is only 1% of the reading), and a simplified calibration function (a one-key operation that uses purified water), etc.
