Types of samplers include plug probe with air cylinder actuation, screw auger with either air or electric motor drive, gravity probe with air cylinder actuation, and pneumatic convey line sampler with air motor drive.
All equipment is available with either manual or automatic standalone controllers and a control interface is available for existing PLCs.
Applications include raw materials delivery; bag dump stations; powder blending equipment; day bins, silos, feed hoppers above packing machines; bulk bag filling stations; and pneumatic conveying pipe lines.
Sample storage cabinets are available with automatic indexing carousel for 4, 6, 8 or 12 containers.
