HAVER & BOECKER Australia has released Roto-Lock — a dosing technology for the filling of valve bags.
The Roto-Lock’s maintenance-free dosing, clean filling process and longer lasting components means higher production yields and greater profits due to reduced product loss and downtime. Less cleaning and fewer spare parts also reduce costs.
The system does not require any adjustments or readjustments to the dosing unit once installed, and creates a completely closed filling channel.
The Roto-Lock dosing unit is standard with all new Roto-Packer, Integra and Elementra packing machines for the packing of dry, bulk materials and can be retrofitted to existing equipment.
