The SystemSure Plus rapid hygiene system is a cleaning validation tool that provides an answer in seconds. It is a palm-sized system that is easy to use, with applications in large and small food processors, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets and other industries where rapid detection of contamination is critical. It allows companies to determine the cleaning efficiency and hygienic status of surfaces and water, ensuring product quality.
Used in conjunction with the system are two sampling devices. Ultrasnap is an integrated sampling device for surface testing, containing a liquid-stable reagent. The Ultrasnap swabs remove the rehydration step and eliminate the need for foil barriers, improving accuracy and reproducibility.
Also available is the Aquasnap device for testing rinse water, designed to collect exactly 100 µL of water in the honeycomb-shaped dipper.
The SystemSure Plus is designed to be used on the production floor, at the point of cleaning. Real-time results mean that corrective action can be taken as soon as contamination has been identified.
