Ramex retractable, manual rewind and motor rewind hose reels

The Ramex range of retractable, manual rewind and motor rewind hose reels ensures high performance, durability and hygiene for any work site.

In addition to the standard AISI 304 stainless steel, Ramex reels are available in powder-coated steel or in AISI 316 stainless steel. ATEX-compliant reels are also available on request and custom reels can be designed for specialist applications. Ramex uses AISI 303 swivel joints and hardened and ground AISI 416-420 shafts, making the reels durable, easy to clean and resistant to chemicals and fats.

Ramex uses high-precision springs to provide a smooth action in its retractable hose reels, reducing operator strain and ensuring easy recoiling after use. The springs are pre-tensioned and ratcheted into position to allow for quick and safe replacement on site if the need arises.

Ramex has a large selection of open-reel designs that can fit a wide range of hose diameters and lengths. Its stock range includes reels to cater for hoses 3/8 to 1″ in diameter and up to 60 m in length for retractable reels and 100 m for machine rewind reels. The open-reel design also allows easy cleaning of the hose and reel to reduce wear and tear and provide a hygienic workplace.
