Optical grading machines

Newtec Engineering A/S has appointed Donald Napier Ltd as its distributor in Australia and New Zealand.

The product lines available include the Celox optical grader machines for carrots and potatoes. These graders have the ability to sort on size and quality simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. This saves the processor manual labour costs, ensures consistency in production and removes the need for over investment in separate sizing and quality machinery. The range includes machines from a 2+1 (3 outlets) to 12+1 (13 outlets).

The Web Services production statistics and remote servicing module provides detailed statistics from graders and weighers via the internet. It includes real-time monitoring of production and detailed business reporting. Web Services also provides remote diagnostic and servicing functionality.
