The EMMS-ST motors supplement the Festo range of electric drives and, together with the appropriate controller CMMS-ST, they provide a servo light solution. This combination offers fully controlled motion, optimum operating reliability and options for torque and force control.
This drive solution is suitable for single and multi-axis handling units with moving loads of up to 20 kg.
The EMMS-ST range of stepper motors combines long service life and full positioning functionality. The high torque stepper motor is equipped with high IP protection and an industrial quality plug system and is also optionally fitted with a brake and an integrated encoder for full servo functionality.
