Teralba Industries has released a high-flow Dimpleflo Modubloc heat exchanger for processing large volumes, up to 200 t of product per hour and is capable of handling pressures of up to 580 psi/40 bar.
The design uses a bolt-together system to join tubes, enabling endless options by adding or reconfiguring the unit to meet any changed or increased application.
It is an all stainless steel tube-in-tube device, making it hygienic and suitable for corrosive environments. Due to its tight involute configuration, it provides high-efficiency heat transfer of slurries in a compact, cost-effective design.
The exchanger is available in most grades of stainless steel, duplex alloys and titanium to satisfy highly corrosive and abrasive applications and environments. It can process fluids with up to 85% solids.
