Micro-Epsilon capaNCDT 6112 capacitive displacement system

Friday, 14 July, 2017 | Supplied by: Bestech Australia Pty Ltd

Micro-Epsilon’s capaNCDT 6112 system, for non-contact capacitive displacement measurement, is suitable for integration in machines and facilities.

The controllers are designed for dynamic measurement tasks up to 20 kHz (-3 dB). The single-channel system is easy to use and combines a compact design with high performance.

The system can be used for thickness, coordinate and oscillation measurements, as well as brake test stands. Other applications can be found in R&D, semiconductor production, automation, medical engineering and machine building.

The product can be used for a wide range of applications with a power supply of between 9 and 36 V. This allows it to work in passenger cars and trucks. Another special feature is its adaptability to individual, customer-specific measurement tasks. Here, various modifications can be carried out, such as optimising resolution by reducing measuring ranges, as well as modifying cable lengths and designs.
