The Mecmesin Advanced Force Gauge (AFG) is a versatile and fully featured digital force gauge that has been specifically designed to measure force in tension and compression (push or pull) with optimum precision and performance.
The range comprises 10 different models ranging from 2.5 N to 2.5 kN with the added ability of 1st peak and ultimate peak hold. The bidirectional interface ensures full data transfer between PCs, data loggers and Mecmesin stands. All AFG’s feature high accuracy at ±0.1% of full scale and a sampling rate of 5000 times/s.
For even more flexibility the AFG is able to recognise data from a range of external ‘smart’ force and torque transducers, so it can be used as a universal display for remote applications.
The Mecmesin AFG is fitted with an output for further communications to a PC and can be interfaced to the EasyPlot charting software.
