The IPM III LaserEye X400 is equipped with the powerful Marel 360° dual laser vision technology that uses two cameras and mirrors to get an accurate 3D model of each product. The sophisticated 360° system allows for perfect vision that calculates the best possible cut configuration for any portioning requirement.

The IPM III LaserEye X400 is designed to portion large primals of meat or large fish species such as tuna and swordfish. The IPM III X400 combines conveying, weighing and a built-in computer vision to produce accurately portioned large-sized pieces of product.

At the capacity of up to 5 cuts per second, the X400 is designed to cut and portion fresh, boneless, or defrosted beef strip loin, top butts, rib eye, rumps into predefined sizes and weights. It is equally suitable for turkey or cutting pork loins into chops, as well as large fish steaks. The improved hold-down mechanism ensures that large pieces stay fixed during cutting.
