LabServ Pronalys Sterile 70% Denatured Ethanol Solution/Sterile 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Solution

Wednesday, 18 May, 2011 | Supplied by: Thermo Fisher Scientific

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched two surface disinfectants in a spray format. Under the LabServ Pronalys brand, they have launched Ethanol (Denatured) 70% Sterile Spray and Isopropyl Alcohol 70% Sterile Spray.

Both the products are filtered to 0.22 µm into bottles and shrink-wrapped within a Class 100 cleanroom. Each batch is tested for sterility via the USP 14-day sterility test and for bacterial endotoxins prior to release. A copy of batch specific documentation, which details QC, sterility and bacterial endotoxin limits is available for each batch number. All batches of Sterile 70% Ethanol (Denatured) and Sterile 70% Isopropyl alcohol are guaranteed to contain less than 0.5 EU/ml.

Both of these solvents have effective bactericidal and fungicidal properties. They are easy to use - simple spray on the surface and wait for it to dry for 2 minutes. Both the products are available in 500 mL Trigger Spray Bottles.
