ifm efector mid compact flow meter

The efector mid compact flow meter from ifm efector monitors volumetric flow quantities, total quantities and temperatures. Additionally, the measuring and evaluation units of this sensor are combined in a compact housing.

Versatile in use, this product is suited to different flow directions up to 600 L/min and liquids with conductivity from 20 µS/cm such as water, coolants, emulsions and water-based cleaning agents. Analog, binary, pulse and frequency outputs offer various options to process the measured data.

In addition, the magnetic-inductive sensor offers an integrated empty pipe detection and simulation mode. It is also available with EPDM seal and therefore KTW approved, making it suitable for drinking water applications.

During set-up, the sensor has easy, intuitive handling via three buttons situated directly on the unit, allowing immediate use of the sensor in the field.
