ifm efector electronic contact manometer PG
The electronic contact manometer PG combines high-quality pressure transmitter qualities with 0.2% accuracy, a 4-20 mA analog output signal and a switching output with the readability of an analogue manometer display.
The use of high-quality materials, the hygienic design and the IP69K protection rating make the unit suitable for applications in the food and process industries.
The unit conforms to the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration and European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group.
The combination of contact manometer and Aseptoflex Vario process adapter with Elastomer or PEEK seal makes the unit 3A compliant.
The unit is based on a high-purity (99.9%) Al2O3 ceramic measuring cell and the measured signal is evaluated by a microcontroller, which triggers the stepper motor used for the pointer display. No damping liquid is required to improve the vibration and shock resistance.
It is resistant to chemicals and cleaning agents usually used in CIP and COP applications.
