Kronen offers new innovative German technology for the processing of fresh fruit, such as melons, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, kiwis, pineapples and apples. Kronen has a wide range of machines to suit most applications.

The multi-functional Kronen model AS-4 not only peels and cores 600 apples per hour, but is able to produce wedges (2, 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24) and cut slices (3.5, 4.5 and 5.5mm). The spring loaded peeling head automatically adjusts for a consistent and repeatable peel. The semi-automatic AS-4, is a bench model, suited for small to medium processors, bakeries, kitchens, clubs and restaurants.

For other fresh fruit, Kronen offers the table model CP-45 which economically and quickly peels kiwis and citrus fruit, whilst the CP-44 is designed to peel many kinds of melons.
