The Aqua Fortis 1700 Series High Pressure Clean & Capture System is claimed to save users time, money and chemicals. The system captures up to 98% of the water being used with no run-off or damage to surrounding areas.

The 1700 series is a powerful one-step system that high pressure cleans and captures in a single one-pass process. It is specifically designed for internal use in food product facilities and large commercial kitchens. The clean and capture tools access large open warehouse areas as well as tight areas around equipment and machinery. The ease of use assures good results, returning concrete and safety floors to near new condition using 85°C water. A 1 m lance with various size tips allows for plant and equipment cleaning as well as building walls.

Drain cleaning attachments and wet pick-up wands along with a host of other accessories are available.

Standard features include a 90 m hose pack consisting of vacuum and high pressure hose on a live reel, 43 and 298 cm Aqua Fortis Clean & Capture tools, fresh water feed hose and waste discharge hose and a continuous hot water to 85°C through a diesel or gas fired furnace after pump heating system.

The systen comprises a triple ceramic 200 bar 15 L pressure pump, continuous centrifugal waste discharge pump up to 130 L/min and twin cyclonic separation filters with easy clean bag filter.

The 1700 series is available as a mobile system and also as a power pack system that is designed to be plumbed into a facility as a central Clean & Capture System.
