Detectronic offers a total range of inspection systems including tunnel metal detector, pipeline metal detectors, x-ray inspection, dynamic checkweighers and grading systems. Conveyor systems built to user specifications and automatic reject systems for conveyor and pipeline are also available.
The pipeline detector is available for product pipes from 50 to 150 mm. All materials allow installation in wet areas and environments with varying temperatures, and all parts are easy to clean.
The tunnel detector is delivered with a microprocessor which features a user-friendly control panel, simple keyboard and an easy-to-read display. Tunnel metal detectors can be offered as single units to be installed on existing conveyors with modification given by the Detectronic 'build in' guide, or total systems with horizontal or inclined conveyors with and without reject systems are available.
