IDM Instruments has released a range of Universal Testing Machines, the Digital Line (DL). The Digital Line range will now replace the existing T model Universal Testing Machines for twin column testing machines.

The DL range incorporates the same quality characteristics as the existing range, with improvements made to the computer software and fixtures as well as offering a larger range across the DL line.

The DL range is designed to suit a variety of testing procedures such as compression, tensile, indentation and many more. To accommodate these testing procedures, the machines can be fitted with a selection of grips and fixtures, as well as exten-someters.

Featuring a robust design, and using an electromechanic concept, the Universal Testing Machine allows for testing of virtually any material. Capacities range from 5 to 1000 kN.
