Coilflo micro heat exchanger

The Coilflo micro heat exchanger is suitable for the heating, sterilising and/or cooling of any fluid stream, liquid samples and any pumpable products.

The compact, fully welded heat exchanger is suitable for applications across the food, dairy, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, HVAC and brewing industries. Suitable for processing low flows and sample batches, the heat exchangers are compact and sanitary enough to be utilised in laboratories.

The heat exchangers retain the high-efficiency, heat transfer coefficients of Teralba’s Dimpleflo heat exchangers in a compact, self-draining configuration.

The tubular heat exchangers feature a cylindrical profile to promote a highly turbulent flow to maximise heat transfer coefficients. The product side is a free-draining, fully welded design, providing maximum product integrity.

The heat exchangers can be constructed using duplex stainless steel, titanium and internally mirror-finished tube for heating and/or cooling high-purity products.
