Coextrusion system

The target group for the two-lane coextrusion system from Handtmann Maschinenfabrik are producers of convenience products.

The system has been developed for use in a multiple lane, continuous production process with products that are paste-like and stable foods. The filling flows are divided in the machine into two lanes.

The product flows consisting of internal and external masses are brought together in the coextrusion heads, in which a continuous coextruded filling stream is generated.

The separation of the filling flows is carried out through the operator’s own downstream machines.
