Belt for meat microwave applications
Intralox has released the Series 800 Raised Rib belt, which has been developed specifically to better meet the conveyance needs of meat processors in tough microwave applications. The belt features a 5 cm pitch, which contributes to added beam stiffness, belt strength and a longer service life. The Series 800 Raised Rib is suitable for bacon strip lines.
As a member of Intralox's EZ Clean family of products, the belt offers enhanced cleaning access. The belt's cam-link design hinges provide easy cleaning with greater hinge and rod exposure as the belt moves around the sprockets. Open slots on the belt's surface improve drainage, thereby contributing to more effective sanitation. The Series 800 Raised Rib belt features good sprocket engagement and is fully compatible with Series 800 EZ Clean Angled Sprockets.
