3M Quick Swab
The Quick Swab is an all-in-one swab for consistent surface sampling. The swab can be used wet or dry to sample surfaces and quickly deliver 1.0 mL of sample onto a 3M Petrifilm plate.
The swab is an efficient and economical method for environmental swabbing and reduces the labour required to prepare, gather and plate the sample. There is no need to prepare neutralising diluents or use a pipette to add the sample to the plate or test.
The swabs are claimed to optimise accuracy, consistency and reproducibility for technicians.
