The 3M Flip-Top 9 mL (PWS) dilution tubes supplied with sterile, ready-to-use dilution fluid are suitable for food, water and environmental microbiology testing laboratories.
The lightweight dilution tubes are designed with an easy-to-open flip-top lid, allowing convenient single-handed operation. The broad flip-top mouth also allows easy access and use. All of this makes sampling and dilution simpler and requires fewer steps.
The diluent bottle contains precisely 9 mL of peptone water saline (PWS), which is equivalent in formulation to peptone salt diluent (ISO Method 6887) and maximum recovery diluent (MRD).
A NATA-approved laboratory performance certificate is available for each batch.
