Pelican Pack and Take ‘n Go liquid spill stations

The Pelican Pack and Pelican Take ‘n Go are mobile and wall-mounted stations for cleaning up liquid spills. The cotton-based Fibercan absorbs oils, hydrocarbons (eg, petrol, kerosene) and water-based liquids and uses up to eight times less absorbent material than traditional media. Any excess Fibercan is separated out and kept for re-use.

The Fibercan absorbs all the oil, leaving no greasy residue, therefore requiring no further cleaning. The amount of material to be disposed of is reduced, cutting the cost of disposal to a minimum.

Because the Fibercan is so absorbent, there is no need for the pillows, mats and booms required by conventional spill kits. The cost of keeping the spill kit replenished and ready to use is reduced and simplified.

The products are suitable for use in workshops, service stations, garages, parking stations, anywhere that oil and liquid spills create a safety and potential environmental hazard.
