Ishida IX-GA-DK series X-ray inspection system

With IP69K waterproof construction, the Ishida IX-GA-DK series X-ray inspection system can be used for meat, poultry, seafood and other food processors requiring washdown construction.

The system is able to completely keep water from entering the X-ray machine and withstanding high-pressure water while it keeps inspection sensitivity as high as the IX-GA models. The IX-GA-DK model contributes to hygiene management at manufacturing sites in addition to food safety.

IP69K rating requires that product in question must be able to withstand five bursts from a steam jet (80 to 100 bar at 80°C ±5°C with flow rate of 14 to 16 L/min) held at angles of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90° from a distance of between 100 to 150 mm.
