The Interworld Electronics ViTAM-116 is a 15.6-inch (1366 x 768 resolution [optional 1920 x 1080]) IP66/IP69K fully sealed stainless steel industrial display engineered for hygienic operator control and process monitoring across food and beverage processing facilities.

Designed to assist food manufacturers in maintaining strict compliance with hygiene protocols, the display features a true-flat front bezel and Grade 304 (or optional Grade 316) stainless steel enclosure. This crevice-free housing eliminates dirt-trapping areas and withstands routine exposure to aggressive cleaning chemicals. Its IP66/IP69K ingress protection rating allows direct, high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns on active processing lines without risking internal hardware damage.

Touch screen options include resistive touch for operation with heavy work gloves or in liquid-heavy environments, projected capacitive multi-touch for a heavy-duty and responsive display, or a non-touch glass display. An optional 1000-nit high-brightness panel ensures clear visibility under intense factory lighting. To maintain operational continuity during production shifts, a side-edge touch lock enables safe wipe-down cleaning, while rear OSD controls allow quick system adjustments.

Industrial-grade M12 waterproof connectors, including VGA, HDMI, USB and DC power inputs, maintain reliable signal transmission and seal integrity against moisture ingress. The monitor supports a wide 9~36 V DC power input and operates across extended temperatures from -20 to 60°C, making it suitable for cold storage, washdown zones and hot processing areas. Flexible installation options include standard VESA 75 x 75 mm mounting and specialised yoke mount kits for processing line positioning.
