Urschel DiversaCut series of high-capacity dicers
Potato processing is a constantly changing market. As the market evolves, so must the processing equipment. Food processors can use Urschel’s DiversaCut series of high-capacity dicers to make all the trending cuts — deep crinkle cut, strip cuts and granulation — and create new products from previously unused or discarded parts of their products.
The versatility of these machines makes them suitable for potato processors looking to take advantage of an expanding snacks market. Slices, strips, granulations, shreds or dices in flat/straight or a variety of crinkle and V shapes can all be easily produced.
