ISOIL Industria manufactures the MS 2420 ISOMAG sanitary sensor for electromagnetic flow meters, engineered for demanding hygienic applications in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Made specifically for sanitary process environments, the sensor is designed to provide reliable flow measurement while supporting easy inspection and maintenance. Its construction allows process connections to be disassembled, enabling users to inspect or replace gaskets as required. This practical design helps operators maintain hygiene standards, reduce downtime and support efficient plant operation.

The sensor is suitable for clean-in-place applications and is resistant to vacuum conditions down to 200 mbar absolute at 100°C, making it well suited to CIP cycles and demanding process routines. It is also 3A and FDA certified, supporting its use in regulated industries where cleanability, material compatibility and measurement reliability are essential.

Key specifications include AISI 304/316 stainless steel body construction, nominal diameters from DN 25 to 100, flow ranges up to 280 m³/h and nominal pressure rating of PN 16. The sensor is available with PTFE lining and can be supplied in compact or separate versions, giving users flexibility across different installation requirements.
