The Interworld Electronics FABS-110 compact 10.1″ industrial display is engineered for hygiene-critical food and beverage manufacturing environments.

Maintaining rigorous sanitary standards without compromising equipment reliability presents a continuous operational challenge across food & beverage processing facilities. The FABS-110 resolves this through an IP66/IP69K-rated flat front bezel, constructed from grade 304 or optional grade 316L stainless steel. The seamless front display can withstand intensive, high-pressure, high-temperature chemical washdowns, preventing moisture ingress and bacterial accumulation. Compliance with EN 1672-2 standards on select models further enhances adherence to strict food processing machinery hygiene requirements.

To suit diverse plant floor needs, the 1280 x 800 resolution screen offers multiple touchscreen options, including projected capacitive touch for rugged, multi-touch operation, or resistive touch for use with gloves—plus a glass-only variant for applications that don’t require interactivity. An optional 1000-nit high-brightness panel ensures recipe parameters and production data remain legible across bright manufacturing environments.

Integrating new displays into established packaging and bottling machinery is simplified through broad legacy and modern video connectivity, including HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-D and VGA inputs. Flexible panel and VESA mount configurations allow integration directly into machine consoles, washdown enclosures or articulated operator arms.

Built with a rugged die-cast aluminium rear housing, and featuring wide 9–36 V DC power, wide operating temperatures (-20~60°C) and vibration & shock protection, the FABS-110 is designed to ensure dependable performance in challenging environments, from cold storage to cooking zones.
