Backplane Systems Technology has introduced the Vecow STC-7000 Series, a rugged range of full stainless steel panel PCs designed for demanding washdown and hygiene-critical industrial environments.

Built for applications where standard operator terminals may be exposed to water, cleaning processes and contaminants, the series combines IP69K/IP68 protection, fanless operation and a true-flat projected capacitive touchscreen in a sealed stainless steel enclosure. This makes the platform suitable for food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical manufacturing and hygienic industrial HMI applications.

Powered by 12th Gen Intel Core i7/i5/i3 P-series processors, the series provides the performance required for modern production monitoring, equipment control, recipe management and plant-floor visualisation. Sealed M12 connectors for USB, LAN and COM help maintain good connectivity in washdown areas, while VESA mounting provides flexible integration into machinery and production environments.

Available in display sizes from 10.4–21.5″, the STC-7000 Series gives system integrators flexibility to select the right operator interface while maintaining the same rugged stainless steel platform.
