Precisionpack 100% seal integrity for sugar-coated confectionery

Precisionpack can now guarantee 100% seal integrity when packing sugar-coated confectionery. This is achievable through a custom-designed dust extractor that eliminates sugar dust being caught in the seal of the pack.

Minimal dust has meant a safer working environment that is easier for cleandowns and improved filling and sealing efficiencies. The company’s machinery and electric motor maintenance has also been reduced significantly.

Precisionpack has completed the second stage of warehouse racking and has 660 pallet spaces available to cater for future packing opportunities.

The company’s entire 2000 m2 warehouse will be temperature controlled by April 2010, which will ensure product can be stored between 10-20°C at a relative humidity of 50%.

Precisionpack has the ability to pack multiple bag types: pillow, block bottom, corner seal, doy style and the Flexcan. In addition, tape reclose features are available.
