Multi-head weigher and bagger

The robust Primo Weigher is available in 10- and 14-head configurations and is designed for high-speed applications. The weigher has an open frame design and is equipped with a large 375 mm colour touch screen. It is easy to operate with a remotely mounted control panel and is easy to clean and maintain. Weigh and fill over 100 cycles per minute and be accurate to the gram.

The weigher features quick-release pans and buckets, individual lane chutes, adjustable and pivoting hopper, remote control box, an open frame construction and tool-less disassembly for quick wash-out, decontamination and servicing.

The Primo can be coupled with the Vertek vertical form fill and seal bagging machine for the combined weighing and bagging of product.

The Vertek Series VFFS features include automatic film unwinding, touch screen controls, pneumatically operated sealing bags and 30 product set-up programs. Models include the Junior, 750, 1150, 1600 and 2200. Models range in bag sizes from 25 mm up to 550 mm wide at speeds up to 60 cycles/min.
