Ishida DACS-CW multi-lane checkweigher

Ishida has launched a multi-lane checkweigher with up to six lanes which can handle the same volume as several checkweighers, leading to cost and space savings.

Suitable for checkweighing stick and flow-wrap packs of confectionery, coffee, tea or milk powder, the DACS-CW Series is a high-speed checkweigher with a very small footprint. It is easy to use and features a single-colour, touch screen remote control unit which controls all lanes. Each lane has its own Ishida load cell which ensures weighing accuracy and consistency.

Using Ishida’s anti-floor-vibration system which cancels out the effect of external vibration, the DACS-CW checkweigher achieves stable and precise weighing even in a factory environment where intensive vibration is an issue.

Other benefits include the checkweigher’s intelligent data management system which features a status monitor showing production data from each lane, while a built-in USB camera ensures reliable product set-up.

The DACS-CW multi-lane checkweigher is made of stainless steel for high durability and easy cleaning and maintenance.
