Inspection Systems Camsensor FoodPack Vision systems
Inspections Systems has released Camsensor FoodPack Vision systems, which use smart camera technology to analyse and detect package seal issues.
The Q:Seal Tray Pack system checks the seal integrity of plastic trays containing food products and can detect produce, grease and foreign matter in the seal area. It checks for the presence of the film, the seal and picks up any creases.
The Camsensor Q:Seal Flow Wrap system checks the seal integrity of transparent food bags packed on a vertical flow wrap machine. It provides quality control of the seal area to ensure full integrity of seals. The system shows up food contamination in the seal and folded seals, as well as missing and burnt seals.
